ONOMOTION and Dutech Holdings Ltd sign Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for strategic cooperation
Berlin, July 3, 2024 – ONOMOTION, a Berlin-based startup for e-cargobikes, and Dutech Holdings Ltd, a global industrial company with extensive production and development capabilities, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate in further industrialization. This strategic partnership aims to combine the competencies of ONOMOTION and Dutech Holdings Ltd in order to create synergies in the value chain and strengthen the market position of both companies.
By working together, ONOMOTION can benefit from Dutech’s extensive resources and production capacities. ONOMOTION also profits from Dutech’s established global connections, which facilitates access to new markets and suppliers. Dutech Holdings Ltd’s large production capacities enable ONOMOTION to adapt production quickly and flexibly to the increasing demand.
